You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closure is subject to settlement of any outstanding balances, loans or obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Origin Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profit, data or goodwill.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
